How to cut: Prune by cutting off the outermost leaves at the base of the rosette. See pruning guide here.
When to eat: You can start eating after about 3-4 weeks. Don´t cut it all so that it can continue growing.

Arugula will sprout in a couple of days and can be harvested in three weeks from sowing.
Harvest by cutting the top parts of Arugula near the base. New growth takes place in the mid section of the plant. The leaves can be used with stems.
